GRANBY, May 25 – The Granby High boys lacrosse scored four goals in the first six minutes of Thursday night’s NCCC Tournament final against Somers, the defending Class S champions, who had won 15 of 16 games coming in.
But Somers coach Ken McCarthy wasn’t worried. Or he wasn’t showing that he was worried. He continued to quietly coach his team. He had reason to be confident.
