No. 7 Southington spikers sweep Avon

AVON, Oct. 17, 2022 – No. 7 Southington took care of business on Monday night with a 3-0 win over Avon in CCC West action. The Blue Knights (11-2) prevailed by a score of 25-20, 25-15 and 25-16.

Avon’s Jocee Powers had 20 digs and two serving aces while Olivia Evanko had 12 assists and seven digs. Katelyn Wankier had four kills and four blocks for the Falcons (5-9).
