A spirited welcome for Avon High freshmen

The Avon Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) hosted a new student orientation program for Avon High freshmen earlier this week. It was called GO Avon (as in get oriented, Avon). Ninety-six percent of the 252 freshmen at AHS attended the event, which was planned and hosted by 85 upperclassmen (sophomores, juniors, seniors). This was an expanded effort for freshman orientation at the high school. Take a peek at GO Avon.
