
Avon’s Giana Godbout (12) and the Falcons won their 13th game on Monday night.
FARMINGTON, Feb. 13, 2023 – Gianna Godbout and Adi Standish each had nine points as the Avon High girls basketball team beat Farmington in a CCC West contest Monday. Avon (13-6, 2-5 CCC West) also got six points from Lia Bosanac.
The Falcons, who close out the regular season on Wednesday at Manchester, have earned the most wins in a single season since 2015 when Avon went 16-4 in their final season in the North Central Connecticut Conference. Avon has won five of their last six games.
Leah McKenzie led Farmington (6-14, 2-5 CCC West) with 10 points.
