Canton High athletes sign letters of intent

Nine Canton High athletes signed letters of intent Tuesday to play sports in college.

Three girls lacrosse players signed letters of intent along with two softball players, one baseball, boys lacrosse, boys soccer and girls hockey player.

Hayley Keen will attend Muhlenberg College in Allentown, Pa., to play lacrosse. Canton teammate Gabriella Delsanto will attend St. Joseph University in West Hartford to play lacrosse for the Blue Jays while Julia Baldwin will attend the University of New England in Biddeford, Maine and will play lacrosse.

Catcher Joy Shand will play softball at William Paterson University in Wayne, New Jersey while teammate Joelle Daigneault will play softball at the University of Maine in Farmington, Maine.

Tanner Quinn will play baseball at Oberlin College in Oberlin, Ohio, Miles Deiulis will play soccer at Eastern Connecticut State in Willimantic while Ryan Weller will play lacrosse at Saint Anselm College in Goffstown, New Hampshire.

Lila Whitney will attend Albertus Magnus College in New Haven and play hockey.
