The 2014 high school football schedule for the six high school teams from the Farmington Valley — Avon, Canton, Granby, Farmington, Lewis Mills and Simsbury. Mills plays a majority of their home games at Muzzy Field in Bristol with the other five schools playing home games at their respective schools.
Avon will play on Thanksgiving Day for the first time in school history. Canton and Granby will renew their Thanksgiving Day rivalry in November while Simsbury travels to Farmington to open the season. With the realignment of the Pequot Conference, Lewis Mills has no games with Farmington Valley opponents this year — putting on hold potentially vibrant rivalries with Canton and Granby.
