Saturday’s Class S championship game between the Canton and Thomaston High girls basketball teams produced memories that will last a lifetime. The result wasn’t what the Warrior fans were looking for but it was a wonderful journey. It was a hard-fought game between two scrappy teams that hit the floor, play hard and play with passion until the final whistle.
