STAFFORD, Sept. 21 – Sophia Langou and Jane Frawley each had individual goals but the host Bulldogs scored three goals to hand the Canton High girls soccer team its second straight defeat with a 3-2 decision under the lights Monday night.
The Warriors (1-2, 1-2 NCCC) have dropped consecutive one-goal decisions after opening the season with a 7-3 win over SMSA. On Friday night, Windsor Locks’ Lacey Helm scored her second goal of the game with 5:50 left in regulation to help the Raiders beat Canton, 3-2. Frawley and Devin Kadis had goals for the Warriors.
Canton returns to action Thursday when they host Enfield (2-1) on the turf at CHS at 3:45 p.m.
