
Connor McAtee had a game-high 15 points in Friday night’s win over Vinal Tech in Burlington.
BURLINGTON, Jan. 20, 2023 – Thirteen different players scored and Connor McAtee had a game-high 15 points as the Lewis Mills boys basketball team dominated Vinal Tech-Middletown, 81-27, in a non-league contest on Friday night.
It was the second time this season that Spartans scored more than 80 points. Mills scored 89 in a win over E.O. Smith on opening day. The Spartans have won eight of their last nine games.
Jon Schibi scored 13 points for Mills (9-2, 1-1 CCC South) with Jacob Hall and Gavin Daly scoring eight points each.
Mills returns to action on Tuesday with a CCC South contest at Maloney (5-6, 1-2) in Meriden at 6:45 p.m.
