COLLINSVILLE, March 8 – Farmington’s Chris Chisholm and Tolland’s Brett Stoeffler each ran 11 miles along the bike trail in Collinsville and up to Nepaug Resevoir in 1:09.41 to win the sixth annual Collinsville Dam road race on warm, sunny March afternoon.
Jennifer Caley of North Granby won the women’s race in 1:23.35. The runners ran two loops of 5.5 miles in the race sponsored by the Hartford Track Club as part of its winter series of races. The race was known as the Collinsville Bake-Off from 2004-08.
