CANTON – The Connecticut Women’s Softball League will hold their annual season-ending championship tournament in Canton on Sunday, July 27.
Games will be held at Canton High, the River Road field near the town garage and the Dyer Avenue softball field.
Canton is a three-time defending CWSL tournament champion. Canton, which finished second in the league this season with a 9-4-1 record, is the No. 2 seed behind regular season champion Connecticut Tides (11-3).
Canton opens the tournament at 9 a.m. with a game against West Hartford (5-8-1) at the high school. The championship game is scheduled for 4 p.m. at the high school.

Game 4: Winner game 1 vs. winner game 2, 11 a.m., Canton HS
Game 5: Loser game 1 vs. loser game 2, 11 a.m., River Road
Third round
Game 6: Winner game 5 vs. Loser game 3, 2 p.m., Canton HS
Fourth round
Championship: Winner game 4 vs. winner game 3, 4 p.m., Canton HS
Third place: Winner game 6 vs. loser game 4, 4 p.m., River Road
