Segarra defends proposal to build stadium

In a public hearing on Wednesday, Hartford Mayor Pedro Segarra defended the proposed deal to bring the New Britain Rock Cats to Hartford. The city of Hartford has proposed to build a $60 million stadium for the Rock Cats. Some residents questioned the proposal, which does require approval from the Hartford City Council.
