AVON, April 28 – Players on the Avon High girls tennis team haven’t dropped a set yet this season.
The Falcons extended that streak this week with a pair of 7-0 victories over Granby and East Granby at Avon Middle School. Avon improves to 5-0 overall and in the league and extended its NCCC winning streak to 26 matches in a row.
The Falcons travel to Suffield on Wednesday and to Coventry on Thursday before hosting Guilford on Friday at Avon Middle School in a challenging non-league contest.
