Ten runners from Avon, Canton complete Boston Marathon Monday

BOSTON,  April 20 – Ten runners from Avon and Canton completed the 119th Boston Marathon Monday, according to the marathon’s official website. Avon’s Nicola Beretta, 38, was the top area runner, finishing the 26.2 mile race in 2:48.16. Dickson Suit, 48, of Avon was the second fastest area runner, finishing the race in 2:54.27. The top area female runner was Avon’s Sarah Wallace, 45, who finished in the race in 3:14.35.
