GRANBY, April 24 – The Canton High girls tennis team won three of four singles matches and two of three in doubles to earn a 5-2 victory over Granby in NCCC action Monday.
Canton’s Katherine Hynes remained undefeated on the year at 5-0 with a straight set victory at No. 1 singles. Lauren Almeida won at No. 3 singles while teammate Brina Donovan won in three sets at No. 4 singles.

In doubles, Belle Magna and Lindsay Vacca won two sets by a 7-5 margin to prevail at No. 1 doubles. Morgan Vacca and Samantha Dionne remained undefeated on the season (5-0) with a victory at No. 2 doubles.
The Warriors return to the court on Wednesday with a match on the road at Ellington at 3:45 p.m. Canton (4-1, 4-1 NCCC) returns home at Mills Pond Park on Friday when they host East Granby at 3:45 p.m.
